Chrisco Has been promoted to 2ic of Project Aus, basicly, my old spot.
Congrats Chrisco, you deserved it
3 Divisions are being dropped. FFOW and 2142 and TF2, they are both too inactive to be called divisons.
World of Warcraft will be made a division, and it will be pushed to have members in the game guild sign up.
Staff wont be changing too much.
A part of staff that is being changed is that staff will have a big role in the clan still, but needs to keep the admin if they are going to bring in some features ect.
Dropbear will be taking Master Aarons spot in recruitment manager. He will be focusing on recruiting more members and keeping a eye on the probation.
Recruitment must be pushed hard now, we need more active members, skill isnt a big thing as we need at the current time, we need active members who have a big interest in the clan for donations and also to have fun playing with.
Bootcamp is being changed to Probation, where the member get's their tags straight up but their membership isnt certian, that they must be active enough to keep their tags and keep their spot in the clan, and wont be able to join in scrims untill they are out of probation. Probation ends when staff / recruitment officers feel they are ready, generaly around 3 weeks and decision made around then.
Medals are coming back in, Big thank you to Matt, Babel and Spark doing up a nice topic on it, they will be taking care of the medals with their own forum to take care of it.
These are all the changes that we have planned, but please, if you have any input or any idea's for more changes. Please, post a new topic and bring it up, we are welcome to changes.
